The First Lady to ever be featured on Beyond the Runway, Devine-Chanel gives the audience insight into her personal life. We as onlookers, gain a deeper understanding of the obstacles Mother Devine Chanel has had to overcome. Ranging from serving time in jail to being a Housemother, Devine- Chanel proves that with enough perseverance anything can be conquered. First entering the ball scene with little knowledge, she made an immediate impact garnering the title “Queen B” of the West Coast, which remains with her to this day. Having participated in several categories from body, to fem queen runway, to sex siren, Devine-Chanel masters it all! She has even hosted her very own Legends Ball. Having belonged to both the Feragmo and Cavalii homes, she eventually found solace as a House Mother of her own home, Chanel, with the help of her House Father Niko. While the two have been through a tremendous amount together they were tenacious and made their home a positive and safe environment for young members of the ball scene to thrive in.
